MLT Report: Narberth and LMSD in long haul over school fight

The Main Line Times is reporting that Narberth Borough and Lower Merion School District have had their case heard by Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge Arthur R. Tilson.  He denied both parties request for a summary judgement.

And so, both sides hunker down for a long legal battle over the future of the Narberth School. You can read more here.
