Here's a concern:
How is it that a woman gets mugged in broad daylight in downtown Narberth? This happened last week.
The mugger was laying in wait in a parking lot behind the Citizen's Bank of all places. This is two blocks from the Narberth Police Department!
An isolated incident perhaps; still kills the idea that a local police force is necessary to deter crime in Narberth.
It begs the question, where was the Narberth police department when a resident was in real danger????
